In the heart of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, a shocking incident has come to light where a 30-year-old female doctor, Abhirami Balakrishnan, assigned to the Government Medical College, was found dead in her apartment. According to the police, Balakrishnan was a respected senior resident doctor and was discovered unconscious in her flat at Ullur. The police suggest it might be a case of suicide and an investigation is currently underway.
As reported by agency, resident doctor Abhirami Balakrishnan had been living in the flat for some time. When her family members couldn't reach her after repeated phone calls, they contacted the landlord, who found the doctor in an unresponsive state in her apartment.
Upon being informed, the police immediately arrived at the scene, broke into the flat, and rushed the doctor to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. It was known that the female doctor had married a fellow doctor working outside Kerala just a few months prior.

The police officer disclosed that after completing her postgraduate studies in general medicine, she served as a resident doctor at the government medical college.
