Muskan, accused in the Meerut Saurabh Rajput murder case, is now behind bars. Meanwhile, Muskan's mother, Kavita, expressed, 'I want to tell all children never to hide anything from their parents. My daughter made a grave mistake. I constantly asked if something was troubling her, but her weight kept reducing. Over two years, she lost 10 kilograms. She hid many things from us, and that's why she is in jail today. We are unaware if she was brainwashed or took drugs. If she had shared with us, this situation might have been different.'
Likewise, Muskan's father Pramod shared, 'On our way to the police station, I stopped the scooter and urged her to tell the truth. She admitted that she and her friend were responsible for Saurabh's murder, placing his body in a drum and covering it with cement. I took her to the police station and insisted she tell the truth. Thus, the case was resolved. A quick verdict is needed, and I demand nothing less than capital punishment for her actions. My son-in-law deserves justice.'
However, police investigations have unveiled new information regarding Muskan's stepmother, the primary accused in the Saurabh murder case. Kavita Rastogi, who publicly demanded the death penalty for her murderer daughter while shedding tears, is Muskan's stepmother. Investigations have also begun into financial allegations made by Saurabh's family against Muskan's family.
The mother, who wept over her son-in-law's death seeking justice, is now under scrutiny. According to Ayush Vikram, the SP City of Meerut, police findings revealed that Saurabh possessed approximately 600,000 rupees, from which 100,000 rupees were transferred to Muskan's account. Surprisingly, funds were also transferred to Muskan's mother's account. The police are now investigating to uncover the details of the transactions and the use of these funds.
