After the shocking murder of her husband Saurabh Rajput in Meerut, Muskan chose to retreat to the serene landscapes of Himachal's Kasol with her lover, Sahil Shukla. They checked into Purnima Hotel on March 10, secluding themselves in a room for nearly a week. During this period, a video captured the couple celebrating Sahil's birthday on March 11. In the footage, the pair are seen joyously cutting a cake and dancing.
Aman, the manager of Purnima Hotel, revealed that Sahil presented Muskan as his wife by providing only his ID initially. However, due to stringent hotel policies, Muskan's ID was also required. They occupied room number 203 and rarely ventured outside during their stay, maintaining minimal interaction with the hotel staff and avoiding any outdoor activities.
No Room Clean-Up Requested
The most bewildering aspect for the hotel staff was the couple's refusal to have their room cleaned during their entire stay. Meals were ordered straight to their room, and they only left the hotel briefly, accompanied by a driver, before quickly returning.

On March 16, when checking out, the pair informed the staff of their imminent return home. They departed the hotel in the afternoon, hiring a taxi. Prior to Kasol, they had mentioned spending some days in Manali. Despite the incidents coming to light, no police inquiry has been conducted at the hotel yet. The hotel manager expressed his readiness to fully cooperate should an investigation arise.
