Mahindra Bolero MaXX CNG:
Mahindra & Mahindra has expanded its Bolero pick-up range with the launch of the new Bolero MaXX Pik-Up HD 1.9 CNG. This heavy-duty commercial vehicle starts at an ex-showroom price of 11.19 lakh rupees. The company claims this pick-up is designed to provide excellent mileage even when fully loaded.
The pick-up features a 2.5-liter turbocharged CNG engine that generates 82 BHP of power and 220 Newton meters (Nm) of torque. Mahindra claims this setup makes the pick-up fuel-efficient even under full load. It offers a best-in-class payload capacity, able to load up to 1.85 tons of goods, positioning it as the top choice in the CNG category.

According to Mahindra, it includes a 180-liter CNG tank, with the capability to drive approximately 400 kilometers on a full tank of CNG. Its heavy-duty capabilities, robust payload, and outstanding mileage make this Bolero pick-up highly economical. The engine pairs with a 5-speed manual transmission and power steering, offering a comfortable ride in both urban and rural terrains.
Designed for heavy-duty tasks, this pick-up features leaf spring suspension on both axles and 16-inch tires. These attributes provide stability on rough roads while supporting load-bearing. Mahindra has incorporated iMAXX connected vehicle technology in a CNG pick-up for the first time. This system offers real-time telematics for fuel monitoring, trip tracking, engine diagnostics, and vehicle utility.
Beyond performance and connectivity, the Bolero Pik-Up includes several special features. It features air conditioning, a heater, and a height-adjustable driver's seat for enhanced driver comfort. Additionally, the D+2 seating configuration accommodates an extra passenger. The cargo bed measures 3050 mm in length, making it ideal for hauling heavy items.
