No Change Yet in Domestic Cylinder Prices

It is worth noting that commercial gas cylinders are used for business purposes in hotels or restaurants, so a decrease in their prices could make eating out more affordable. However, on the other hand, there has been no change in the prices of 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinders used in home kitchens.

According to IOCL’s website, their prices remain constant. In the capital, Delhi, the price is 803 INR and 603 INR for Ujjwala beneficiaries. In Kolkata, the domestic cylinder price remains at 829 INR, in Mumbai at 802.50 INR, and in Chennai at 818.50 INR. It should be noted that the central government had provided a substantial relief on International Women's Day by cutting the price of the domestic 14 kg LPG cylinder (Domestic LPG Cylinder) by up to 100 INR.
