A severe road accident occurred in the district of Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh, due to dense fog. A high-speed motorcycle crashed into a tractor. Tragically, three young men died at the scene, while another was critically injured and has been referred to Prayagraj for treatment. Families are devastated by the incident.
The accident happened near the village of Baraisa in the Paschim Sharira police station area. It is reported that four young men were riding on the same motorcycle when, due to the fog, they smashed into a tractor ahead. The collision was so horrific that all the youths fell onto the road. With the help of local residents, all the injured were immediately taken to the hospital, where doctors pronounced three of them dead.
The deceased have been identified as Jitendra Raidas, son of Gopi Raidas, aged about 25 years from Baraisa; Anil Raidas, son of Ramamurat, aged 23 years from Hinota; and another young man. Meanwhile, Chand Raidas, son of Premchand, aged 25 years from village Baraisa, Paschim Sharira police station, is seriously injured and is receiving treatment in the hospital. Upon receiving the tragic news, the families are in mourning.
The police arrived at the scene, took custody of the bodies, and sent them for post-mortem examination while initiating an investigation. Kaushambi's CO, JP Pandey, noted that four individuals were traveling on one motorcycle and collided with a tractor, resulting in injuries to all four. They were sent to the hospital, but three succumbed to their injuries while one is critical and referred to Prayagraj. Further necessary actions are underway.
