The Israeli army is continuously targeting Hezbollah strongholds in Beirut, Lebanon. On Sunday, in a fierce airstrike, the Israel Defense Forces took down senior Hezbollah commander Nabil Kaouk. He was the commander of Hezbollah's Preventive Security Unit and a senior member of its Executive Council. He was considered close to the recently slain Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah. His death is seen as a significant success for the Israeli army.

The IDF confirmed Nabil Kaouk's death on its official X account. The IDF wrote, 'Kaouk was close to senior Hezbollah commanders and was directly involved in terrorist attacks against Israel and its citizens. He joined Hezbollah in the 1980s and served as the deputy commander in the Southern region of the Operational Council. The Israeli army will continue its efforts to eliminate Hezbollah commanders and will keep taking actions against them.'

Hezbollah Chief Hassan Nasrallah's Body Recovered

Earlier, under 'Operation New Order,' the Israeli army had eliminated Hassan Nasrallah, the chief of this dangerous terrorist organization. His body has been recovered. On Friday, the Israel Defense Forces received accurate information that Hassan Nasrallah was present in Hezbollah's central headquarters beneath a building in the Dahia area of Lebanon. Following this, Israeli fighter jets targeted the underground headquarters, demolishing six buildings.

Subsequently, the IDF announced that Nasrallah had been eliminated. Before Nasrallah's death, most of his top commanders had already fallen victim to Israeli attacks. Currently, only one major commander remains, for whom the Israeli army is actively searching. This commander is named Abu Ali Rida, the head of the Badar Unit. Prior to this, four top Hezbollah commanders, who formed the backbone of the organization, had been killed.

Top Hezbollah Commanders Neutralized in Israeli Attacks

This list includes Ibrahim Akil (head of operations), Ibrahim Mohammad Kabis (head of the missile and rocket unit), Fuad Shukr (supreme commander of Hezbollah), and Al Karaki (southern front commander). Speaking of secondary leaders, the IDF has neutralized Wissam al-Tawil (Radwan force commander), Abu Hasan Samir (head of Radwan force training), Mohammad Hussein Sarour (aerial command commander), Sami Talib Abdullah (commander of Nasir unit), and Mohammad Nasser (commander of Aziz unit).

After the death of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed his people. He said that Nasrallah's assassination was necessary to achieve Israel's war goals. The assassinations of top Hezbollah commanders were not sufficient, and it was decided that Nasrallah also needed to be eliminated. Netanyahu said Nasrallah's death would weaken Hezbollah, ensuring the safety of their citizens.

Following Nasrallah's death, the Israeli Prime Minister also issued a warning to Iran. He stated that Israel's reach extends throughout the region, including Iran. Nasrallah's death sends a clear message to Tehran and its supporters that Israel can obliterate its enemies anywhere. There is no place in Iran or the Middle East beyond Israel's long arm. He said, 'I tell Ayatollah, whoever wishes to defeat us, we will defeat first.'
