In the midst of the ongoing seating allocation buzz within the Bihar coalition, reports suggest Congress may receive approximately 60 seats. According to Congress insiders, the seat-sharing between Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Congress is nearly finalized, with disputes remaining over only 2-3 seats, preventing the final agreement.
Prior to the official announcement of seat sharing, RJD has begun distributing symbols to candidates in Patna. The official declaration is expected to take place tomorrow, October 14.

RJD Supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav has started symbol distribution in Patna. Dr. Sanjeev Kumar from Parbatta and Bogo Singh from Matihani received symbols, besides Rajesh Kumar Singh alias Rajesh Kushwaha for Hathua assembly seat, Bhai Virendra for Maner, and Lalan Yadav for Sahebpur Kamal have been symbolized too.

Buzz at Sandesh and Raghopur seats...
RJD presented the Sandesh assembly seat symbol to current legislator Kiran Devi's son, Dipu Yadav, witnessed receiving the symbol. Meanwhile, as seat-sharing deadlock persists, Tejashwi Yadav will nominate for the Raghopur seat on October 15. Supporters of Tejashwi have shared a poster appealing for participation at his nomination ceremony.

According to Congress sources, the coalition will witness Congress bagging 60 seats. Only two to three seats present issues; otherwise, the agreement between Congress and RJD seems almost complete. However, confusion prevails concerning the seat distribution involving VIP (Vikassheel Insaan Party) and others.

Mukesh Sahni has also arrived in Patna today. Speaking on seat sharing, he expressed, "Everything is positive. An announcement is imminent. If not tomorrow, then surely the next day. The coalition is unwavering and shall establish the government in Bihar. There are no resentments, the coalition's health is good. We even brought the doctor with us."
NDA's Seat Distribution Stumbling Block...
Speaking about the second-largest faction, the opposition National Democratic Alliance's (NDA) seat-sharing dilemma escalates due to claims by Chirag Paswan's Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas). According to sources, the logistics are hindered by Chirag Paswan's claimed interest in Janata Dal United's (JDU) vital sitting seats. Reports suggest these are traditionally JDU seats.

Rajgir is a sitting JDU seat, but LJP (R) is adamant about securing it, causing a stalemate.
The Sonbarsa seat bears greater sensitivity for JDU, with Minister Ratnesh Sada currently serving there and the symbol already assigned by JDU. JDU is not prepared to concede this seat to Chirag.
JDU does not wish to relinquish the Morwa seat to Chirag Paswan, despite losing it by approximately 11,000 votes in 2020.
Tarapur is a victorious seat, with JDU winning in both the 2020 election and the subsequent by-election. JDU remains reluctant to hand this sitting seat over to LJP(R).
