President Donald Trump is visibly infuriated by the U.S. Supreme Court's decision on tariffs, which led him to repeatedly target the Court.

Trump, once again, criticized the Supreme Court, stating that their unintended and unwilling decision has endowed me, as President of the United States, with powers and rights like none before. They've done this through their ridiculous and foolishly divisive ruling.

Trump claimed that he can now take stringent actions against foreign countries using licenses, especially against those that have exploited the U.S. for decades. However, according to this decision, I supposedly cannot impose license fees, even though every license inherently comes with a fee. So why can't America do the same? Licenses are meant for charging fees! This ruling lacks any proper explanation, though I already know the answer!

He added that the court has ratified all other tariffs, and there are plenty. Now, they can be enforced far more powerfully and aggressively with legal certainty. Our incompetent Supreme Court has done a massive favor for the wrong people, and they should be ashamed.

Trump remarked that, moving forward, it wouldn't be surprising if the Court ruled in favor of China and other countries. They might even declare that the 14th Amendment wasn't drafted to protect the children of slaves, despite it being crafted precisely for that purpose, as evidenced by its creation, presentation, and ratification periods, which align perfectly with the end of the Civil War. What better evidence is there than that? But somehow, the Supreme Court will reach an incorrect conclusion—a conclusion that will once again appease and enrich China and other nations. Let the Supreme Court make such decisions, so detrimental and destructive to our nation's future, as I pursue my duties.
