The Israeli military's operations in the Gaza Strip show no sign of stopping. From Sunday to Monday, 39 people were killed in IDF airstrikes in Gaza. Of these, 8 were killed in a strike on Khan Younis, while 31 others died in the northern area. The Gaza Health Ministry reports that in the past 24 hours, 39 Palestinians have died and 156 have been severely injured.

The World Food Programme (WFP) has issued a dire warning: Gaza could face a famine soon due to severe restrictions imposed by the Israeli military on the entry of food and other supplies. This situation could worsen in the following days. People are already starving, and hospitals are overrun with bodies.

One by one, the dead and injured are being taken to hospitals. Most of the deceased are women and children, with parents weeping uncontrollably while holding their children's lifeless bodies. The atmosphere is one of chaos and panic, with heart-wrenching scenes emerging from areas targeted by intense Israeli airstrikes.

According to Palestinian medical sources, the Israeli military conducted a massive airstrike in the Gaza Strip on Sunday. At least 31 Palestinians were killed, and many others were injured. It is reported that about half of the deaths in Gaza occurred in the northern sectors. The Israeli army has been conducting a month-long campaign aimed at preventing Hamas from organizing.

It is important to note that the military operation by the Israeli army in Gaza is ongoing. Recently, IDF accused Hamas of using a hospital as a shelter. They claimed that ambulances going to and from the hospital were utilized for Hamas militants' movements. Hamas fighters were reported to be present at Kamal Adwan Hospital.

They have captured the entire building. IDF mentioned that an ambulance driver was detained on suspicion and revealed during questioning that Kamal Adwan Hospital was used for terrorist operations. An arms cache was reportedly found in the hospital. Consequently, 100 terrorists were apprehended during the IDF operation there.

Amidst all this, a piece of relief news has emerged. The war between Israel and Hamas in Gaza, raging for over a year, might cease. Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi has proposed a plan to stop the conflict. He stated that Egypt has proposed a two-day truce between Israel and Hamas.

During this period, Israeli captives held in Gaza will be released. In exchange, the release of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails and humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip will be part of the agreement. This proposal marks the first time such a plan has been put forward, potentially leading to a permanent ceasefire after over a year of conflict.
