A tragic road accident in West Bengal's Howrah district has claimed the lives of three young men. The incident took place near Bagnan on Sunday night when a high-speed motorcycle collided with a tree by the roadside. Among the deceased were two teenagers who had just passed their secondary exams. Upon receiving the information, police arrived on the scene, taking custody of the bodies and sending them for post-mortem examination.
According to the police, the accident occurred near Bagnan Hospital. The three youths, Manoj Ghosh (30), Ritesh Ghosh (16), and Rakesh Mandal (16), had attended an event before the tragedy struck on their way back. The bike lost control and hit a tree with such intensity that it flung them off into the bushes.

Local residents discovered the shocking scene on Monday morning when they found the bodies in the bushes. Police were promptly alerted, leading to the bodies being sent for autopsies. A senior police officer stated that preliminary investigations point towards high speed as the main cause of the accident. The loss of control led to the bike crashing into the tree, killing all three on the spot.
The most heartbreaking aspect of the accident is that Ritesh and Rakesh had just celebrated success in their secondary exam results announced on Friday. Their bright futures had barely begun when this tragedy ended their lives prematurely. The local community is in deep shock, and mourning envelops the families. The police have filed a case and initiated an investigation.
