Though now reportedly safeguarded by America, Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu once relied on Pakistan for security and support. Despite being involved in several anti-India activities, countries like the USA and Canada have taken little action against him.
Pannu operates the Sikh For Justice (SFJ) organization with full freedom to promote the Khalistani movement and incite violence against India via social media. Pakistan plays a significant role in advancing Pannu's agenda. The USA and Canada are aware of this but have yet to act.

Connection with Pakistan
The evidence of Pannu's connection with Pakistan emerged when it was found that SFJ was registered in America with assistance from Pakistani citizen Mohammad Salman Younus. Intelligence reports suggest that Pannu’s brother Avtar Singh Pannu and Younus collaborated to fund SFJ, establishing a legal framework and creating a non-profit organization. The company number is EXTUID_4237096, falling under the jurisdiction of Columbia District.
Previously, Younus partnered with Pannu to open a law firm. Their partnership deepened as they created the Kashmir Khalistan Referendum Front (KKRF), following Pakistan's K2 Desk model established in 1980 by ISI to disrupt India and Kashmir with the Khalistani movement.

The Role of ISI and Connections with Separatists
The activities of KKRF were directly linked with Gazala Habib, who operates the separatist organization Friends of Kashmir (FOK) under ISI's guidance to pursue an anti-India agenda. In August 2020, they hosted a webinar, including American congressional members alongside Pakistani Sardar Masood Khan, Abdul Hamid Lone, and Avtar Singh Pannu.
The objective was to establish contact between separatists and the international community. In September 2020, the World Kashmir Forum and Friends of Kashmir collaborated with the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) to further anti-India agendas. Despite these ongoing issues, neither the USA nor Canada have taken any action against Pannu or his organization.
Pakistan's ISI and Khalistan: An Ongoing Alliance
Pakistan's ISI continues to support the Khalistani movement. Pannu's activities, such as the Khalistani referendum, aim to divide India's unity, with open displays of these agendas abundantly clear. Nevertheless, Canada remains passive in the face of Pannu or the Khalistani movement.
Experts argue that even when the Khalistani movement peaked in the 1990s, America, Britain, and Canada did not take decisive action. They remained silent and made empty promises at best.
