As elections for the Lok Sabha and State Assembly approach, the Congress in Himachal Pradesh has shown unity. Both the organization and the government have jointly launched an attack on the BJP. Pratibha Singh, launching an attack on BJP on Wednesday, said the BJP diverts public attention from real issues during elections.

Himachal's Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu stated, 'The public will teach a lesson to the corrupt in the elections. The BJP attempted to seize power through dishonest means, disrespecting democracy, but they did not succeed. The people of this holy land will not stand for it.'

Three major challenges in 15 months

During his 15-month tenure, CM Sukhu outlined his achievements, saying, 'The BJP spoiled Himachal's economy, which the Congress government has improved. The government faced three significant challenges within 15 months, each of which was successfully combated: the financial crisis, natural disasters, and the political crisis instigated by the BJP.'

Women's allowance of 1500 INR stalled

CM Sukhu continued, 'The BJP only creates obstacles, and they have also stalled the women's monthly allowance of 1500 INR. The BJP tried to topple the government and has stolen a Rajya Sabha seat from the Congress. Public servants cannot be for sale. Congress will win the four Lok Sabha seats and six assembly by-elections. The results on June 1st will favor the Congress. Congress has fielded educated candidates who will discuss issues, signaling the beginning of the defeat for this authoritarian power starting from Himachal.'

The government is now stronger than before

In the meantime, Deputy CM Mukesh Agnihotri targeted the BJP, claiming that BJP's 'Mission Lotus' in Himachal has failed and BJP is caught in its own web. Seeing Congress's candidates, BJP is considering changing its own. The government in Himachal is now safe from danger. The general elections will strike a 'four-run rally,' and the assembly by-elections will hit a 'six-seamer.' The government will emerge stronger than before.
