A video of a minor boy creating a reel with a gun in Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh, has taken social media by storm. The boy was seen holding a gun, grooving to the song 'Rang Saawla, Dil Gora Dikhe...'. As the video gained traction online, the police took swift action by registering a case.
Authorities have initiated a probe to gather information about the minor. Reports indicate the boy hails from the Mocha Ramnagar area in the Arwal police station zone.
Minor Flees as Police Get Informed
Upon realizing police intervention, the minor absconded. The police are actively searching for him. The gun visible in the video belongs to his uncle, Lal Singh.
In a statement about the incident, Additional Superintendent of Police of Hardoi, Durgesh Singh, mentioned, "A video featuring a minor with a gun is trending on social media. The minor has been identified and will be apprehended for necessary legal proceedings. Both the uncle and the nephew reside in the Arwal police station area. The illegal firearm will be seized, and appropriate legal actions will follow."
Previous Incident with a Gun for Show-off
A similar incident had occurred in Banda. Previously, a young man from Jaspura posted pictures with an illegal firearm on social media, aiming to boast his influence. These images elicited diverse reactions, sparking objections from users.
Soon, the photo went viral and caught the attention of the police. Responding promptly, authorities arrested the young man, recovering the firearm and live cartridges in the process.
