In Gujarat's Amreli district, a shocking attempt to crush three young men with a car took place in the premises of the civil hospital. The entire episode was recorded by the hospital's CCTV cameras.
According to the details, the injured, Ajay Khodidas Chauhan, was heading to the hospital canteen with his friends for a night tea when a speeding i20 car hit them from behind. The car then reversed, rolling over the youths again. Ajay suffered a severe injury near his eye.

Preliminary police investigation indicates that this incident is linked to a minor altercation and scuffle between two parties on Hathasani Road, Savarkundla, on June 29. Complaints were filed by both parties at the police station. The following night, on June 30, this tragic event unfolded at the hospital.
Case Filed Under Attempt to Murder
According to DSP Chirag Desai, a case has been lodged against an unknown car driver based on the complaint of the injured Ajay Chauhan. The police have discovered that the car belongs to Bharat Khetriya's brother Jaysukh. No arrests have been made so far, and the investigation continues. The CCTV footage from the hospital is being collected as evidence. A counter-complaint of attempted murder has also been filed in Savarkundla.
