The Greater Noida Police conducted a significant operation against a gang involved in arms smuggling, leading to the arrest of five members. A large cache of weapons and ammunition was found in their possession, leaving the police astonished.
According to the DCP Greater Noida, the apprehended smugglers were found with 3 pistols, 3 revolvers, 160 live cartridges of 32 bore, and Rs 50,000 in cash. Police officials stated that this gang had been supplying illegal arms from Mathura for quite some time, establishing a strong presence in various areas of Noida - Greater Noida.

The investigation revealed that this gang was active in Uttar Pradesh and neighboring states. They purchased arms from Mathura and sold them at inflated prices in Greater Noida and Delhi-NCR.
