A cinema hall in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, was engulfed in a severe blaze. Chaos ensued as the fire spread, reducing everything to ashes within minutes. The cause of the fire is attributed to an electrical short circuit. The cinema hall is known as Amba Cineplex.

The fire was so intense that flames could be seen rising several meters high. About half a dozen fire engines were immediately deployed to combat the ferocious flames. This disastrous fire occurred at 11:00 PM at the Amba Cinema House in the Kotwali area following a dangerous short circuit within the premises.

It's reported that the last movie show of the evening had just concluded, and about half an hour later, while the cinema hall staff were gathered outside, the short circuit resulted in a fire.

Before anyone knew it, the fire took on a monstrous form, consuming the cinema's seats and the entire hall. The police have closed the surrounding areas to traffic.
