Today in Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis's cabinet has undergone an expansion. The oath-taking ceremony is organized in Nagpur. According to information, 39 MLAs will take the oath as ministers. Sources say that the Home Department, eyed by Shiv Sena, will remain with BJP. Additionally, BJP has retained the Home, Revenue, Irrigation, and Education departments. According to sources, the ministers' term will only last two and a half years.
The expansion of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis's cabinet is happening in Nagpur. From BJP's quota, 20 legislators will become ministers, but the party may leave some ministerial posts vacant. Besides them, 13 are taking oath from Shiv Sena's quota, while 10 legislators are from the NCP quota. It is being said that the portfolio list might emerge by tonight after the oath ceremony.

- Bharat Gogawale took the ministerial oath. He is elected from Mahad in Raigad district and is a leader within the Shiv Sena camp. Bharat belongs to the Maratha Kunbi community.
- Pratap Sarnaik took the ministerial oath. He is a prominent leader from the Maratha community and a leader within the Shiv Sena camp. He has been winning elections consistently since 2009.
- Sanjay Shirsat took the ministerial oath. He is a leader within the Shiv Sena camp and was elected from Aurangabad West. He defeated Raju Shinde from the Uddhav faction. Shirsat hails from Marathwada. - Sanjay Sawkare took the ministerial oath. He has been winning elections since 2009. Sawkare is a BJP leader and won the Bhusawal seat for the fourth consecutive time.
- Narhari Zhirwal took the ministerial oath. He is a senior tribal leader and has served as Deputy Speaker. He is an MLA from Dindori. - Jaykumar Gore took the ministerial oath. He was elected from the Man seat in the Satara district. - Manikrao Kokate took the ministerial oath and was appointed as a minister from the NCP quota. He is a prominent leader of the Maratha community and has been elected as an MLA from the Sinnar seat in Nashik for the fourth time. - Shivendra Raje Bhosale took the ministerial oath. He is a descendant of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and joined BJP before the 2019 elections. Shivendra is elected from the Satara seat.
- Aditi Tatkare took the ministerial oath. She is a leader within Ajit Pawar's camp and has been a minister previously. She was elected from the Shrivardhan seat and is the daughter of veteran leader Sunil Tatkare. She has also handled the Ministry of Industries.
- Ashish Shelar took the ministerial oath. He is considered close to Jay Shah and is the president of Mumbai BJP. - Shambhuraj Desai took the ministerial oath. He is considered quite close to Eknath Shinde, has won elections for the third consecutive time, and had been a minister before. He won from the Patan seat with a Shiv Sena ticket when Shinde rebelled against Uddhav Thackeray. - Atul Save and Ashok Uike took the ministerial oath. Ashok Uike was elected from Ralegaon. - Pankaja Munde took the ministerial oath. She served as a minister from 2014 to 2019 and is a member of the Maharashtra Legislative Council. She was a minister in the Fadnavis government. - Jaykumar Rawal took the ministerial oath. He had previously held a ministerial position and is an MLA from the Shindkheda seat. - Uday Samant took the ministerial oath. What Will NCP-Shiv Sena Receive?
According to sources, Shiv Sena will be responsible for Urban Development, Housing, Industry, Health, Transport, Tourism, IT, Marathi Language, and MSRDC departments. Meanwhile, NCP is confirmed to get Finance, Cooperation, and Sports departments. BJP has retained Home, Revenue, Power, Higher and Technical Education, Medical Education, and Irrigation responsibilities.
