Following a drone attack on his residence, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has issued a direct challenge to Iran and Hezbollah. Netanyahu warned that attempting to target him and his wife was a grave mistake by Iran and Hezbollah, and they will be made to pay for it.

On social media platform X, Netanyahu tweeted, ‘Hezbollah, Iran’s proxy, made a serious error in trying to assassinate my wife and me today. The conflict that ensures Israel's future safety against its enemies will not conclude at any cost. The struggle is ongoing because of this incident.’

The Israeli Prime Minister continued, ‘I want to tell Iran and its allies that anyone attempting to harm Israeli citizens will pay a hefty price. We will continue our mission to eliminate terrorists and those who commission them. We will bring our hostages home from Gaza.’

Benjamin Netanyahu declared, ‘We are committed to safely returning all of our citizens, especially those living along our northern borders, to their homes. Israel is determined to achieve all its war objectives, creating a new reality of security for future generations.’

It should be noted that just a day prior, an attack using UAVs (drones) was launched on Israeli Prime Minister's residence in Caesarea. Hezbollah launched three drones during this attack. According to the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), two of these drones were shot down, while one drone hit a building near the Prime Minister’s residence.

This drone was identified as a 'Ziyad 107' model, a weapon particularly challenging to detect due to its altitude and flight capabilities. It is reported that no alarm sirens were activated in any Israeli territory before the drone strike. A video shared on social media depicts military helicopters chasing the drone and shooting it down mid-air.

It is said that amid the drone attack, no warnings reached the people. Generally, Israel's protective shield (warning system) detects any threats and alerts the public through sirens. However, the drones targeting Netanyahu's residence escaped detection. Israel holds Iran culpable for this attack on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s home. An Israeli senior official accuses Iran of an assassination attempt.
