Semolina Vegetable Pancake
Ingredients:
½ cup semolina (rava)
3 tablespoons yogurt
¼ cup grated carrot
¼ cup frozen green peas
1 small onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
2 green chilies, chopped
A pinch of sugar
Black pepper to taste
¼ teaspoon red chili powder
Salt to taste
Oil as needed
Green chutney to serve
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix semolina, yogurt, and water to make a smooth batter that is neither too thick nor too thin. Add carrot, peas, onion, bell pepper, green chilies, sugar, black pepper, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
2. Heat a non-stick griddle, pour a ladleful of batter, and spread it out slightly to make a pancake. Drizzle a little oil around the edges and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
3. Your delicious and nutritious semolina pancake is ready. Serve it with green chutney.
Banana Pancake

Ingredients:
¼ cup mashed banana
½ cup wheat flour
1 teaspoon butter
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients with 1 cup of water in a bowl and whisk them together thoroughly.
2. Heat a non-stick griddle and grease it with ¼ teaspoon of butter. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto it and spread it out to make a slightly thick pancake.
3. Cook the pancake on medium heat using ¼ teaspoon of butter until it turns golden brown on both sides.
4. You can make as many pancakes as you like using this method.
5. Serve your tasty pancakes with fruits and chocolate sauce and pack them in your kid's lunch box.
Ragi Pancake

Ingredients:
1 cup ragi flour
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
¼ cup caster sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
¾ cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
Strawberries for garnish
Blueberries for decoration
Icing sugar for sprinkling
Maple syrup
Method:
1. Sift together ragi flour, all-purpose flour, and baking powder in a bowl. Add salt, caster sugar, and eggs. Pour in vanilla essence, milk, and melted butter. Whisk everything together until well combined.
2. Heat a non-stick pan, grease it lightly with butter, and pour the batter onto it. Cook on medium heat until the base is done.
3. Flip and cook the other side in the same way. Place the pancake on a serving plate.
4. Sprinkle icing sugar on top, garnish with strawberries and blueberries, drizzle maple syrup, and serve.
