The Central Investigation Agency had arrested her yesterday evening from her residence in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, and transported her to Delhi. A video from inside BRS MLC Kavita's home surfaced, depicting a heated exchange between the ED and BRS leader KTR Rao. According to the video, a heated argument is evident between KTR Ram Rao and IRS Bhanu Priya.

Further inquiries revealed Kavita's ownership stakes in companies implicated in the bribery. February's arrest of CBI’s CA Buchibabu Gorantala indicates a financial trail leading to Kavita's management of funds. A high-profile meeting allegedly took place, attended by her, where the kickback to secure entry into Delhi's liquor business for her company Indospirits was purportedly discussed.
