Chief Minister Kejriwal was arrested by the ED on March 21st in connection with an alleged liquor scam in Delhi. The following day, the court sent him on remand to the ED until March 28th.

Prior to this, CM Kejriwal presented his defense arguments in court. Among other things, he addressed statements from four accused involved in the case. Kejriwal questioned, 'Are the testimonies of these four individuals enough to justify the arrest of a Chief Minister?'

But who exactly are these four accused mentioned by Kejriwal? Kejriwal has also claimed that statements continued to be extracted from them until they implicated him.

Who Are the Four Accused?
1. C. Arvind
Who is he:

Former personal assistant to previous Deputy CM of Delhi, Manish Sisodia. During the interrogation, C. Arvind claimed that there was a meeting at CM Kejriwal's residence where Sisodia handed over the draft of the liquor policy.

Kejriwal's Claim:

Many ministers visit my home. They whisper among themselves, exchanging documents. Is this testimony sufficient to arrest a CM?
