On Tuesday, Delhi's Chief Minister Rekha Gupta presented the budget in the Delhi Assembly. The fiscal plan for 2025-2026 is set at a remarkable one lakh crore rupees. This budget allocates funds for revitalizing the Yamuna, infrastructure development, women's empowerment, improving water supply, and expanding the Delhi Metro.

While announcing the budget, CM Rekha Gupta emphasized that past governments only made promises, but action is our forte. The previous leadership lacked determination. We've implemented the Central Ayushman scheme from our very first meeting. Delhi's streets will now become development arteries. We are here to work unitedly. Unlike the Aam Aadmi Party, which built itself a palace, we will construct toilets for the underprivileged.
