Congress Suffers Major Setback in UP Amidst Elections as Former MP Joins BJP

The first phase of voting for the Lok Sabha elections in India has concluded. With the second phase imminent, campaigning has escalated. In just four days (April 26), voters in the second phase will head to the polling booths. Constituencies across 12 states and Union territories are preparing for the elections, along with the remaining parts of the Outer Manipur Lok Sabha constituency.

On Friday (April 26), the elections will take place across Kerala for all 20 seats, 14 in Karnataka, 13 in Rajasthan, 8 each in Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra, 7 in Madhya Pradesh, 5 each in Assam and Bihar, 3 each in West Bengal and Chhattisgarh, 1 in Tripura, and both Lok Sabha seats in Jammu & Kashmir. Politicians from various political parties are addressing rallies nationwide, attempting to woo voters.
