At the energetic public events in Telangana, Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge fiercely targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and CM KCR over the seizure of National Herald's assets. He accused the BRS, BJP, and AIMIM of colluding to conspire against the Congress in the Telangana legislative assembly elections.

In Telangana, Kharge invoked the spirit of the freedom struggle, praising Jawaharlal Nehru for establishing the National Herald and calling it a grand institution beyond individual ownership. Modi and Amit Shah's intention to shut it down sparked widespread conversation.

Kharge argued that Modi's belief that instilling fear in the people of Telangana would swing votes toward the BJP and BRS was unfounded. Reminding the audience of Congress' bravery against the British and assurance that they would not succumb to BJP pressure. He confidently stated that the Congress would fight till the end and anticipated a significant victory in Telangana.

Asserting that the ruling BRS, BJP, and AIMIM in Telangana are in cahoots, he pointed out the contradictory relationships the parties share, accusing all three of plotting against the Congress.

Kharge rallied against those who seized lands from the poor, criticizing Telangana's lack of development under KCR, who he claimed made decisions from his farmhouse instead of engaging with the people. He expressed firm belief in Congress' victory revitalizing the nation's grandeur.

Reaffirming the Congress' promises, Kharge promised swift implementation upon their victory and credited them for granting statehood to Telangana.
