With the announcement of the election dates, the political temperature in Bihar is rising. As political parties finalize their candidates, the seat-sharing within the NDA has been completed. The BJP will contest 17 seats, JDU 16, while Chirag Paswan’s party will contest 5 seats. However, Pashupati Paras’s LJP has not been allocated any seats.
Following the seat-sharing announcement, Chirag Paswan, leader of the Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas), shared his thoughts. He said, 'I share a bond with Modi; I am his Hanuman. I used to be teased for acting like a great Hanuman. My responsibility as PM Modi's Hanuman will increase in the upcoming legislative elections.'
'Uncle didn't consider me his son, distanced me from family and party,'
Chirag stated that a party with one MP getting five seats is a cause for immense joy. 'My uncle did not treat me as his son and estranged me from the family and the party. He failed to fulfill his responsibilities, but today's outcome is there for all to see.'
