Chhattisgarh's Shocking Crime: Woman and Two Men Fatally Stab Middle-Aged Man, Entire Murder Caught on CCTV

A middle-aged man was stabbed to death by a young woman and two men in the Gandhinagar police station area of Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh. The entire incident was captured on CCTV. The police have arrested one suspect, a young woman, while two male suspects remain at large. Authorities are investigating the motive behind the murder.

A shocking murder case has emerged from the city of Ambikapur in Chhattisgarh. In the Gandhinagar police precinct, a young woman and two young men have savagely stabbed a middle-aged man to death. The entire murder was captured on nearby CCTV cameras, leading to the swift arrest of a female suspect by the police.

The incident occurred in the Gandhinagar neighborhood, with the body of the middle-aged man discovered in front of a house on Dairy Farm Road early on Friday morning, sparking panic in the area. Ward Councillor Vipin Pandey alerted the Gandhinagar police, who then arrived on the scene with a forensic team.

Murder Captured on CCTV

During the investigation, footage from nearby CCTV cameras was thoroughly examined. It clearly showed a young woman and two young men attacking the middle-aged man with a knife between 11 PM and midnight, resulting in his immediate death at the scene.

The deceased has been identified as Bablu Mandal. Within about 12 hours of the murder, the police managed to arrest a female suspect. However, two male suspects involved in the crime are still on the run, and police teams are actively searching for them.

Reason for the Murder Still Unclear

The motive behind the murder remains unclear. According to the police, the female suspect is said to have a history of substance abuse. The police are examining every aspect of the case to uncover the reasons behind the murder.

Meanwhile, Ward Councillor Vipin Pandey has accused the area of rampant drug trafficking, alleging that the extensive sale of narcotic injections and alcohol is ensnaring young men and women in addiction. He has called for stringent police action to address this issue.

Family's Demand and Police Statement

The victim's relatives revealed that Bablu Mandal was their nephew. They mentioned a dispute erupted at home around 11 PM, and Bablu, under the influence of alcohol, left the house shortly thereafter. The family was informed of the murder by the police the following morning. They are demanding capital punishment for the perpetrators.

Gandhinagar Police Station In-Charge Praveen Kumar Dwivedi stated that the police reached the location upon being informed about the body early in the morning. With the help of CCTV footage, the investigation is underway, and the police are confident that the remaining suspects will soon be apprehended and the full case disclosed.
