For the third lane of the Subhash Nagar Bridge, these 110 shops need to be removed. Shopkeepers were given time until Saturday to remove their goods. Today, the team has come to dismantle the shops.

This Sunday morning, in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh, the administration launched a major operation to remove encroachments at the Subhash Nagar Market. A bridge is being constructed, necessitating the removal of 110 shops. Administrators gave shopkeepers until Saturday to vacate. The bulldozers roared into action under tight security conditions by Sunday morning.

A significant number of police forces were deployed during the operation. Close to 1,000 police officers, 8 SDMs, and multiple local administrative teams were present at the scene.

Approximately 1 kilometer around the zone was barricaded by the administration, ensuring no public could reach the operation site. Even the press wasn't allowed to cover the operation and was held back at a distance by the police.
