Rizwan, the husband of a woman village leader from Allahpur Bhogi, was married with children but shared a secretive bond with Muskan, culminating in a clandestine marriage. Rizwan's life oscillated between Muskan and his first wife, and together, he and Muskan had a child. Yet, problems surfaced when Rizwan began opposing Muskan's dance career, imposing restrictions on her public appearances.
Rizwan went so far as to keep Muskan from leaving the house, let alone performing, offering her only a meager monthly allowance of 10,000 rupees. However, Muskan demanded at least 40,000 rupees to sustain her lifestyle, leading to frequent disputes. No one imagined these conflicts would spiral into such a horrific conclusion.
On February 19th, under the guise of deception, Rizwan lured away his second wife, Muskan, as she planned to rebel against him by attending a dance show. Unbeknownst to her, Rizwan had orchestrated her murder. En route, Rizwan's accomplice joined them, and utilizing a dupatta, violently ended her life on a moving scooter.

Rizwan, with another accomplice, clandestinely buried Muskan's body near the secluded outskirts of village Ranu and then went into hiding. Muskan's family continued their search in vain, with her phone rendered unreachable. Desperate, her uncle reported her missing to the police, who initially dismissed their pleas.
The family accused the police of neglecting their duties, alleging they were turned away. Meanwhile, after the crime, Rizwan attempted to evade investigation by surrendering himself for unrelated, ongoing charges, thus buying time by being jailed. Even as the police pursued leads, they remained unaware of Muskan's fate.

During her disappearance, Rizwan pretended to aid in the search, but the police soon suspected his involvement. Upon his release from jail, they apprehended him and, under rigorous questioning, he confessed to the crime. Their investigation revealed Rizwan's exasperation over Muskan's demands was the murder's catalyst.
Rizwan hired henchmen for a substantial 70,000 rupees each to assist in the murder. Following his confession, police, along with Rizwan and his accomplices, uncovered Muskan's grave with a backhoe. With this horrifying disclosure, the case now moves to the next phase, where legal action will ensure justice for the wronged.
