To breathe life into the film on screen, the creators chose Dehradun in Uttarakhand as their primary base. An impressive set replicating a real 'forward border post' was constructed in the areas of Santala Devi and Maldevta at Halduwala. It authentically depicted India on one side and Pakistan on the other, complete with bunkers, military vehicles, tanks, and soldier tents. Sunny Deol himself visited thrice, completing key scenes filmed here.

Beyond the fierce battle scenes, the film also weaves in the natural beauty of Rishikesh and the Rajaji Tiger Reserve, offering a serene respite amid war tension. For authentic tank roars and heavy shelling scenes, military zones within Jhansi's Babina Cantonment in Uttar Pradesh were utilized. Additionally, the narrative takes us from Pune's NDA training grounds to Amritsar's border and the dusty outposts of Rajasthan and Jammu & Kashmir. These real locations weren't chosen merely for their captivating beauty, but to portray how soldiers endure life in the nation's most demanding areas.
