Activists of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Youth Wing took to the streets in various cities on Saturday, vocally protesting against the Congress party and its youth wing, NSUI. This demonstration was in response to the controversial protest by the Indian Youth Congress held the day before during the India AI Impact Summit in New Delhi. During this time, Delhi Police filed non-bailable charges against members of the Indian Youth Congress who raised slogans against the Prime Minister during the AI Summit.

Four activists were arrested by Delhi Police and presented before a magistrate at Patiala House Court on Saturday. There, the police sought a 5-day remand for the Youth Congress activists who protested semi-naked during the India AI Impact Summit. The police alleged that the Youth Congress protest was inspired by the Gen-Z protests in Nepal and was part of a larger conspiracy. Before their court appearance, a large number of security forces were deployed.

Meanwhile, activists of the BJP Youth Wing protested against Congress in front of the Congress headquarters located at 10 Akbar Road in Delhi as well as in cities like Lucknow, Surat, and Jammu. In Delhi, speaking to the media, the BJP Youth Wing activists labeled the actions of the Indian Youth Congress during the India AI Impact Summit at Bharat Mandapam as shameful. They accused Congress leader Rahul Gandhi of interpreting AI as 'Anti-India' and claimed that such demonstrations convey a negative image of India globally. They demanded an apology from Rahul Gandhi and the Congress party to the nation.

Former Union Minister Smriti Irani also launched a scathing attack on Congress regarding this issue. She condemned the shirtless protest during the AI Summit as an act against national interests. Smriti Irani accused Congress of using the global platform at Bharat Mandapam to embarrass India, stating that it was not a simple political protest but a direct assault on India's interests, reflecting contempt towards the nation's people and entrepreneurial spirit.

BJP MP and national spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi reacted strongly to the protest by Youth Congress activists during the India AI Summit. He said, 'The AI Summit has become a matter of national pride, but Congress's foolish descent into nudity is highly disgraceful. This can't be dismissed as mere politics or negative politics; it is a direct insult to the nation. Rahul Gandhi has previously stated he wants to fight the Indian state, and now his followers are attempting to harm India's image. This act by Congress is hurtful to the people of the country. The nation is agitated by this disgraceful act, and the public will never forgive Congress.'
