What Sparked the Conflict?

According to reports, a female customer in Kolar ordered groceries from Blinkit. Upon delivery, she proposed to pay half in cash and the remaining online. Delivery Boy Returns with Reinforcement

A few moments later, the situation intensified. The original delivery boy returned with 10-12 other Blinkit delivery colleagues. All were equipped with Blinkit branded delivery bags. Filled with rage, these individuals extensively vandalized the home with sticks and rods. Household staff and female residents were assaulted, with one youth even attempting to kick down the door.

The chaos ensued for approximately 10 to 15 minutes before all the assailants fled the scene. The Kolar police station responded promptly after being alerted. According to the police chief, a case has been filed for assault, verbal abuse, and issuing threats in response to the customer's complaint.

Currently, the police are focusing on identifying all the delivery boys involved, utilizing the CCTV footage. This raises important questions about the oversight and training of employees working in online companies.
