IPL 2024 Full Schedule Announced:
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has unveiled the complete itinerary for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024. Previously, only the schedule for the first 21 matches (from March 22 to April 7) was made public. The inaugural match on March 22 saw the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) claim victory over the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).
According to the full schedule, the IPL 2024 final will be held on May 26. It's worth mentioning that the IPL’s complete schedule was not released earlier due to the dates of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Now that the election dates have been announced, the schedule for the IPL has also been released.
The last league stage match will be on May 19
The full IPL 2024 schedule includes league matches, playoffs, and the final dates. The playoffs will commence on May 21, and the IPL final will take place on May 26. The last league match will take place on May 19, followed by a day's break on May 20.
The IPL 2024 playoffs will kick off on May 21. The first qualifier match will be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on May 21. An eliminator match will take place at the same venue on May 22. The second IPL qualifier match will be held at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on May 24. The final will take place in Chepauk on May 26.
