The police in Banda, Uttar Pradesh, have apprehended a criminal involved in shooting a jeweler and stealing jewelry worth millions. This daring act caused a stir in the district. Under the guidance of SP Palash Bansal, four teams were formed and managed to capture the accused within 48 hours of the crime.

The incident took place in the Girwan police station area, at the Tinduhi village, on April 12. Jeweler Mithlesh Soni was returning home with his son Pankaj when masked assailants shot Pankaj in their path and fled with a jewelry-filled bag. Upon arrival, the police transported the injured to the hospital and registered a case.

The police were tipped off that Amir was planning another crime. As a result, they launched a search operation. Upon seeing the police, Amir opened fire. In the ensuing exchange, Amir was shot in the leg and injured. He has been admitted to the hospital.

During the operation, the police recovered the stolen jewelry, cash, a bike, and an illegal pistol from Amir. During questioning, he admitted that he committed these crimes to fund his expensive habits and drug addiction. He already has 12 serious cases registered against him.

During the investigation, they learned that the notorious criminal Amir was plotting a significant crime. When the police surrounded him, Amir fired shots, resulting in a retaliatory strike that injured his leg, leading to his capture. He is being sent to jail, and the search for other suspects continues. We will continue cracking down on crime with utmost rigor.
