In Ayodhya, the main accused in a minor rape case, Samajwadi Party leader Moeed Khan's bakery is now facing bulldozer action. The administration has bulldozed Moeed Khan's bakery located in Ayodhya. On Friday, the revenue department measured the accused's property, and once again, the revenue department team will visit the site. Moeed Khan is accused of illegally occupying several government lands, including ponds and cemeteries.
Samples were also taken from the materials being made in Moeed Khan's bakery, and the bakery was sealed. Assistant Food Commissioner Manikchand Singh stated that the bakery's license will be canceled.
Similarly, threats to kill were given to the victim's family for not settling the rape case. These threats were issued in the hospital. A case has been registered against Samajwadi Party leader and Chairman of Nagar Panchayat Bhardasa Mohammad Rashid, Samajwadi Party leader Jai Singh Rana, and another co-accused for threatening the victim's family if they did not settle the matter.
Threats Given in the Hospital
It is alleged that these Samajwadi Party leaders went to the hospital to threaten the minor rape victim's family if they did not settle. An FIR states that a case has been registered against Samajwadi Party leader and Chairman of Nagar Panchayat Bhardasa Mohammad Rashid, Samajwadi Party leader Jai Singh Rana, and another co-accused at Kotwali Nagar. The accused threatened the victim's family to settle at 11:00 pm in the district women's hospital. Ramsavakdas from Pipri Bharatkund village lodged the case. The victim is currently admitted to the district women's hospital.

What's the Matter?
This gangrape incident took place in the Pura Kalander police station area of Ayodhya, where after the rape of a minor, the accused made a lewd video of her and continued to blackmail her for a long time, taking turns raping her. The matter came to light when the victim became two months pregnant.
The 12-year-old girl is the youngest among four sisters, and her father passed away just two years ago. The family's livelihood depends on the mother's and sisters' labor work. It is alleged that about two and a half months ago, the victim was returning home from the fields when she met a man named Raju on the way, who said that bakery owner Moeed Khan was calling her.
It is alleged that Moeed raped her, and Raju made a video of it. Raju also raped the girl, and both, using the video, continued to blackmail her and commit heinous acts. The matter came to light when the girl became two months pregnant.
Family's Allegations
The victim's family lodged a complaint with the police, but it is alleged that initially no action was taken. Later, when Hindu organizations and Nishad Party members expressed their outrage, the police arrested Samajwadi Party's Bhardasa Nagar President Moeed Khan and Raju, who worked in his bakery. The victim's mother said that when they went to the police post with the complaint, the officer asked them to name Raju but remove the other name. The case was registered only after the SP's intervention. They demand the death penalty for the accused.

The victim's mother met Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow on Friday (August 2). During this meeting, the CM assured strict action against Samajwadi Party leader Moeed Khan and other accused. Following this, action has been initiated against the station in-charge and police post in-charge, and an investigation into the accused's property has begun.
