Cricket fans anticipated a thrilling final in the Asia Cup 2025 on September 28 between India and Pakistan. However, after India's captivating victory over Pakistan in the Super Four, Harbhajan Singh offered his perspective. Sharing a story on Instagram, Harbhajan humorously highlighted the one-sided nature of the India-Pakistan rivalry.

Veteran spinner Harbhajan Singh, speaking on India's triumphant six-wicket win over Pakistan, remarked, 'Not this Sunday, but next year India and Pakistan will face each other. By then, the Pakistani team will have strengthened.'

Harbhajan was hinting at the looming encounter in the 2026 T20 World Cup between the two countries, as there were predictions of them clashing in the Asia Cup 2025 final.

Harbhajan continued, adding, 'By then, these players might just age a bit, gain some endurance. Our players won't take this lightly—if they curse once, we'll retort twice,’ he humorously stated, praising Abhishek and Shubman Gill's batting prowess.

Pakistan's next challenge in the Super Four is against Sri Lanka on Tuesday (September 23), followed by a face-off with Bangladesh on Thursday (September 25). Meanwhile, India will take on Bangladesh on Wednesday (September 24) and Sri Lanka on Friday (September 26). It's a make-or-break tournament now for Pakistan.
