Maharashtra's Deputy Chief Minister and the NCP chief Ajit Pawar is in the spotlight for his political maneuvers. He has disclosed that he wakes up at 5 AM and begins his work at 6 AM. During this time, he claimed that Sharad Pawar instructed him, Praful Patel, and Jayant Patil to initiate discussions with the BJP. He expressed his readiness to present a letter to substantiate this claim.
'Seeking Votes for PM'
In an exclusive interview with India Today, Ajit Pawar talked about his daily routine, saying, 'I start my work at 6 AM. This is not a Pawar vs Pawar fight, it's rather a Modi vs Rahul Gandhi contest. We are campaigning for Narendra Modi's third term as PM, the reason being the funding we received. According to him, the family feud is being cooked up by the media, an allegation he doesn't agree with.
Pawar Saheb's Instructions...
It's false that Amit Shah told me to field my wife as a candidate to gain credibility. I have chosen my candidates myself. The allegations that I was coerced through threats of an ED investigation are untrue. Sharad Pawar himself told me, along with Praful Patel and Jayant Patil, to engage in talks with the BJP. I am prepared to show the letter.
Shutting Down False Inquiries: Ajit Pawar
The baseless inquiries have been halted. Even now, investigations are ongoing. Driven by Modi's vision, we decided it was best to align with him. The accusation that the BJP aims to eradicate the NCP is false. While I do not know if we will surpass the 400 seats mark, the effort continues. The PM is holding numerous rallies. I certainly aspire to become the Chief Minister... if I receive the numbers and the public support, then I'll certainly assume the position. What line we take next, if Sharad Pawar finds it acceptable then there is no objection to joining forces.
