A chilling rape incident has transpired in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, where a woman staff member at Hotel Homestay was gangraped by four individuals. The authorities have apprehended all five suspects, including a woman who reportedly assisted the assailants. Police took swift action, arresting the implicated individuals: Jitendra Rathore, Ravi Rathore, Manish Kumar, and Devkishor, as they continue to search for the fifth suspect.

The 25-year-old victim had been working at the establishment for about one and a half years. A daunting video, having gone viral on social media, captures her pleading tearfully to be let go as the culprits drag her away, two private security guards witnessing the scene, standing by without action.

Accused forced the victim to drink alcohol

According to reports, before the gangrape, the perpetrators forced the victim to drink alcohol. Upon her refusal, they smashed a glass bottle over her head. Despite her involuntary loss of bladder control due to the intense coercion, not a shred of mercy was shown. As she resisted, the men were violent towards her.

Hearing her cries for help, local residents gathered around and immediately informed the police. The victim recounted to the officers how she was forcefully seized in a room, beaten mercilessly, and then gangraped.

Mohit Sharma, the officer in charge of the Basai police outpost, detailed, 'We received the victim's distress call around midnight on Saturday, screaming for help. We immediately rushed to the homestay and initiated legal proceedings against the accused. The victim is approximately 25 years old and was an employee at the homestay.'

Four accused arrested, search for female suspect

Discussing the incident, Agra (Sadar) Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), Archana Singh said, 'The incident occurred Saturday night at a hotel homestay. Following the ordeal, four men and one woman were arrested. The victim's medical examination is ongoing and subsequent legal action will follow.' She also mentioned that the homestay has been sealed off. It was being operated on a rental basis.
