The political temperature is rising in Bihar as election timelines are yet to be announced. The opposition coalition is already in election mode. Influential leaders like Rahul Gandhi, the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, and Tejashwi Yadav, the Leader of the Opposition in the Bihar Legislative Assembly, along with other top leaders of the coalition, organized the Voter Rights March from Sasaram to Patna.
Tejashwi Yadav is now set to embark on another journey. The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) has officially announced the schedule for his new agenda, branded as the 'Bihar Adhikar Yatra.' This venture will commence on September 16 from Jehanabad and will conclude on September 20 upon reaching Vaishali.
Spanning across five days, the Bihar Adhikar Yatra will traverse through ten districts. These regions include the districts of Jehanabad, Nalanda, Patna, Begusarai, Khagaria, Madhepura, Saharsa, Supaul, Samastipur, and Vaishali. In support of this initiative, RJD's Provincial Unit Chief General Secretary, Ranvijay Sahu, has dispatched letters to the district presidents, incumbents, and other prominent officials in all related districts, including elected representatives.
This correspondence highlighted the organization of public dialogues at a singular venue within each constituency passed. Leaders and party workers have been urged to unite and assemble at pre-designated venues to partake in the journey collectively.

The Chief General Secretary of RJD has called upon all officials, MPs, former MPs, MLAs, former MLAs, and councillors, as well as the cadre members, to fully invest themselves in the success of this tour. Notably, speculations arose that Tejashwi Yadav intended to visit areas in Bihar that the Voter Rights March had not covered before the official announcement of the Bihar Legislative Assembly election schedule.

Discussions around the formulation of Tejashwi Yadav's visits to such districts have emerged, indicating readiness for the tour from September 15. However, hurdles within seat-sharing discussions in the grand alliance are believed to have delayed the tour's announcement. Although the seat-sharing formula is not yet disclosed, the RJD has released Tejashwi’s travel itinerary.
