Two days prior to the notorious gangster Kala Jathedi and the feared Lady Don Anuradha Chaudhary's wedding, a sweep by Delhi Police's Special Cell led to arresting five sharpshooters. Seized from their grasp were foreign weapons, including a PX30 pistol made in China, and an impressive cache of ammunition. The couple's marriage, set for the 12th of March, was almost overshadowed by bloodshed in Haryana's Rohtak.
Intelligence had tipped off Delhi Police about an imminent, bloody gang war in Rohtak, ordered by Kala Jathedi himself from the confines of his prison cell. Following the lead, the five shooters were nabbed from the Dwarka area, some revealed to be loyal members of Jathedi's gang. Among the key suspects, Rahul Baba and Praveen Dada were known to operate liquor bids in Haryana with Jathedi, spurring an intense rivalry with another gang member, Ajay.
Ajay allied himself with the opposing Neeraj Bawana-Himanshu, becoming a close associate. This group orchestrated an attack on Rahul Baba's office and an assassination attempt on him in Rohtak's prison. In response, Rahul contacted Kala Jathedhi upon release, plotting retribution. The thwarted plan was supposed to be executed with the aid of the arrested shooters. They were also suspected of potentially providing security at Jathedi's wedding or even planning to partake as disguised guests.
