Chaos erupted in the Rajya Sabha on Monday when BJP MP C Sadanandan Master placed his artificial legs on the table. This incident occurred during the discussion on the President's address, causing tension in the assembly.

Sadanandan Master, hailing from Kerala and a former teacher, recounted an attack that allegedly happened 31 years ago in his maiden speech. He accused CPI-M workers of the assault, stating that he was ambushed, thrown on the road, and had his legs severed while slogans were being chanted.

Despite his physical disability, Sadanandan Master delivered his speech seated, expressing his commitment to showing the nation and its people what democracy truly means. His poignant demonstration faced objections from opposition benches.
