A shameful incident has emerged from the Iglas area of Aligarh. Inside a shop, a young man was found with a girl wearing very little clothing. The shop’s shutter was closed from the outside. When someone opened the shutter while filming, they found the young man and the girl in a compromising position. Based on the girl’s complaint, the police have filed a case against the accused, Arman, and arrested him.
According to information, the girl is not well-educated. She told the police her birth year is 2007. The police are conducting her medical examination. If she is found to be a minor, sections of the POCSO Act will also be added. In her complaint, the girl stated that she formed a friendship with a young man from the Iglas area on Instagram. She came to Iglas for some work today, during which the man lured her into a musical instrument shop and raped her there.

When the information about the Muslim youth and the Hindu girl being shut inside the shop reached a young man, he opened the shutter while filming with his mobile. The girl had little clothing on her body. She accused the youth of rape. Based on her complaint, Iglas police have registered a case and arrested the accused. The police are continuing the investigation.

Regarding this, Area Officer Iglas Mahesh Kumar said that on July 25, a video came to the police’s attention through social media. In this video, a boy and a girl were found in a compromising position inside a shop. Upon receiving this information, the case was immediately acted upon. Based on the complaint to the police, a case has been registered under relevant sections, and the police have arrested the accused and initiated further proceedings.
