Time and again, social media is awash with videos that show the lengths people will go to for viral fame, sometimes at the expense of their own safety. Tragically, such antics have now led to a fatal accident. A woman's life was claimed as she attempted to create a social media reel, and the entire episode was captured on camera and has gone viral across various platforms. The video starkly depicts how a quest for viral content can turn deadly as the woman falls into a ravine.

Reports indicate that this heart-wrenching incident took place in Maharashtra's Sambhajinagar. In the video, a woman is seen sitting in a car, preparing for her recording. While she is being filmed, the car is unintentionally put in reverse and starts moving backwards. In a panic to stop, the accelerator is pressed - propelling the car swiftly towards the edge, and it subsequently plunges 300 feet into the ravine below.

It is reported that the woman did not survive the accident, and at the time, her friend was recording the video. The footage shows a frantic attempt by the friend to offer assistance as the car speeds backwards, but to no avail. The location of the incident was a popular tourist spot, frequently visited by many.

The video has since spread like wildfire on social media, prompting serious questions about the trending behavior of reel-making. The video has been shared on multiple Twitter handles and is continuously being reposted by the online community.
