Following a viral video of the assault, calls for Elvish's arrest are widespread. The victim, a YouTuber, has levied serious accusations against Haryana Police, including altering of the FIR filed.
Victimized YouTuber Sagar Thakur, also known as Maxtern, shared a new video on social media a day after the incident, detailing the event. He conveyed to Haryana Police that Elvish Yadav had threatened his life.
Although the SHO registered the FIR under IPC sections 147, 149, 323, and 506, they omitted charges related to the death threat posed.

What was meant to be a meeting turned into an alleged threat on the victim's life by Elvish. The victim now demands Elvish's arrest.
