Important information has surfaced in the Changur Baba case from Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh. The main accused operating a large-scale conversion syndicate was merely a seven-grade pass. Alongside him, two other accused are under scrutiny. Despite their minimal education, these individuals structured a significant network using foreign funds and property deals now being investigated by ATS.

The vital personalities in this conversion syndicate include Jamaluddin aka Changur Baba, Naveen Rohira aka Jamaluddin, and Neetu Rohira aka Nasreen. Together, they made Utraula town, situated on the Indo-Nepal border, the center of their operations, establishing the entire conversion network from there.

According to sources, crores in foreign funding were funneled into this network, allowing the purchase of expensive properties from Pune to Balrampur. Astonishingly, their educational qualifications extend only to class seven. This information was uncovered through passport details received by Aaj Tak.

As per passport details, Neetu Rohira alias Nasreen was born on August 11, 1982, and her education is limited to seventh grade. Her passport is valid until June 30, 2024. Similarly, Naveen Rohira alias Jamaluddin's birth date is registered as June 8, 1979, with only seventh-grade education. His passport is valid until July 30, 2026. Neetu and Naveen's minor daughter, who was renamed Sabiha after conversion, is also educated up to class seven. Her passport is valid until January 17, 2028.

Sources indicate that the network not only envelops Balrampur but also spreads across other districts in the state and near the Nepal border. Changur Baba is considered the mastermind of this network, who also studied only until seventh grade. STF's investigation revealed he last traveled to Dubai in 2018, but his passport has not been recovered, nor has his passport number been surfaced yet. ATS and STF teams are diligently investigating this entire syndicate.

Despite their limited education, Changur Baba and the Rohira family orchestrated an extensive conversion network by acquiring funds from abroad, presenting a serious issue. The question now arises: how and through which channels did these individuals receive such substantial assistance from foreign countries? This is becoming a challenging investigation for the agencies involved.
