According to the statement issued by Dera, 'Jasdeep Singh Gill will succeed Baba Gurinder Singh Dhillon as the Sant Satguru of Radha Soami Satsang Beas Society and will have the authority to impart Naam Diksha. Followers will now address him as 'Huzoor'. Jasdeep Singh Gill is the son of Sukhwinder Singh, who is the son-in-law of Mumbai branch secretary of Dera, Gurvinder Singh, and the distant cousin of Dera chief Baba Gurinder Singh Dhillon.

Jasdeep Singh Gill has been appointed as the guardian of Radha Soami Satsang Beas Society by Baba Gurdip Singh Dhillon. Jasdeep is a well-known figure in the healthcare and pharmaceuticals industry. He completed his studies in Chemical Engineering at Cambridge University and holds a PhD in the subject. Jasdeep was also part of the Executive Education Programme at London Business School.
