A young man was gruesomely stabbed to death in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. The deceased has been identified as 24-year-old Bittu Kumar alias Ashish. It is reported that the incident was fueled by a love affair. Upon receiving news of the incident, the police arrived at the scene, took the body into custody, and sent it for a post-mortem examination as they began their investigation. The police have arrested one suspect and are currently interrogating him.
This tragic event occurred in the Brahm Asthan locality of the Sahebganj police station area. It has been reported that the deceased was involved in a romantic relationship with a girl from his own family. Late Friday evening, he received a phone call. He told his mother that he would return in an hour. Shortly after, it was discovered that he had been stabbed to death. During this time, his girlfriend also sustained injuries; she is a resident of East Champaran and currently staying with her maternal grandparents for her studies.

The family of the deceased shared that Bittu was taken to a house by a young man from the village. He was first held hostage, beaten, and then stabbed, leaving him severely injured. Bittu was taken to the hospital covered in blood, where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment. The family of the deceased is devastated and in deep mourning.
Police Arrest One Suspect, Two Still at Large
Regarding the case, SDPO Saraiya Chandan Kumar mentioned that Ashish alias Bittu was stabbed to death in the Sahebganj police station area. Bittu was involved in a romantic relationship with a girl from the suspect’s household. The police have arrested one suspect and are searching for the other two who fled. They assured that the fugitives would be arrested soon.
