BSP Supremo Mayawati called a meeting on Saturday in Lucknow for all district and assembly in-charges in view of the 2027 assembly elections. The efforts of all members were reviewed, and party workers were briefed on the significance of SIR.

During the meeting, Mayawati stated that both central and state governments are operating more on an agenda that promotes discord rather than focusing on public welfare issues. We all must unite to address this challenge.

Party's Financial Endeavors Reviewed

An evaluation was conducted on efforts to financially bolster the party. The impact of SIR on party activities was assessed, and a roadmap to expedite project completion was drafted.

Alertness to adversaries' conspiracies was conveyed to party members. Discussions also highlighted the plight of the underprivileged, including OBC, SC-ST, minorities, farmers, laborers, employees, and merchants.

Allegations Against BJP for Spreading Hatred

The meeting addressed how most governments are neglecting public interest issues. Current administrations are often accused of using religion and caste to further political ambitions, fostering an environment of animosity, detrimental to the nation and its people.

Parliamentary Conduct Criticized

Instead of engaging in fruitful discussions on public interests, there's ongoing drama in Parliament to undermine each other, an unfortunate occurrence. Both ruling and opposition parties should honor the Constitution's dignity. They must adhere to parliamentary laws.

Tariff and Public Welfare Issues Discussed

The BSP leader also discussed several public interest topics, including tariff issues. It was noted that due to ongoing disputes, these significant topics remain sidelined, seen by the nation. Such actions should be avoided by both governing and opposing parties.
