Veteran Journalist Pankaj Khelkar Passes Away Due to Cardiac Arrest

Yesterday night, former Aaj Tak journalist Pankaj Khelkar succumbed to a sudden cardiac arrest. Serving as an Associate Editor in the Pune bureau, he has been affiliated with the India Today Group for nearly 26 years. His friendly demeanor will be missed by many. His family will conduct his funeral rites this Wednesday in their presence.

Pankaj embarked on his journalism journey after studying Television Journalism at the Symbiosis Institute of Media in 1995. Starting as a stringer with India Today in 1997, he quickly moved onto field reporting, keeping a keen eye on grassroots news.
