On Thursday, the US House Democrats released 68 new photos related to the estate of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. These photos reveal Epstein's connections with several wealthy and influential individuals, such as Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates and filmmaker Woody Allen. This move comes as the Justice Department is expected to release files related to Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell by the end of the week.
The released images capture Epstein on various occasions alongside renowned figures like Bill Gates, Woody Allen, Google's co-founder Sergey Brin, philosopher Noam Chomsky, and former advisor to US President Donald Trump, Steve Bannon. New York Times columnist David Brooks also appears in some photos. The newspaper clarified that Brooks attended only a dinner in 2011 for the purpose of gathering information for his articles, and aside from that, he had no interaction with Epstein.

The Democrats stated that the release of these photos does not imply that anyone depicted has committed wrongdoing. The committee emphasized that these images show no criminal activities by Epstein's acquaintances. These photos were released following a law signed by Donald Trump, requiring the Justice Department to publicize files related to Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell by Friday.

Democrats Previously Released Many Photos
Previously, Democrats released dozens of photos in several stages portraying Epstein with personalities such as Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and the UK's Prince Andrew. Recently, Prince Andrew was stripped of royal titles and privileges amidst a renewed investigation into his connections with Epstein.
All these photos were obtained by the House Oversight Committee when it issued a subpoena for the materials Epstein held prior to his death. Epstein died in a New York jail in 2019. The committee now holds over 95,000 photographs in total.
